Communication
In the continuity of IgnItE
To continue in the direction given by IgnItE by pursuing the publication of the upcoming week’s calendar on Instagram and Facebook, and to develop this by also publishing other important information for students.
Communication for foreign students
To pursue the efforts undertaken by the BdE’s International Relations division and adapt them to the current health crisis.
This is reflected in the translation of important emails into English and regular exchanges with these students to ensure that they can fully benefit from the courses and activities offered by the BdE.
Partnerships
To improve communication on BdE partnerships by pinning pamphlets in the common room and regular reminders of these partnerships on the BdE Discord server.
Events
Clubs
To increase the share of the various associations in BdE parties, while adapting to the current health context; typically by developing and exploiting the potential of lives or other means of live communication.
Another BTP
To organise a new face-to-face BTP as soon as possible so that you can make the most of this event which is so iconic and important for everyone.
Safety
To prioritise student safety so that you can enjoy the various activities with peace of mind when parties at the school are allowed again, in particular by ensuring that people who do not wish to go home alone are accompanied.
Outings
To try to offer regular outings as soon as the sanitary conditions allow us to do so.
Integration of FIPAs and foreign students
To make sure that the previous points are addressed to all students, FISEs, FIPAs and foreign students whose integration we intend to promote, by providing a schedule of activities in line with their timetable, a summary of activities they might have missed, as well as the organisation of more activities in “Fipa-friendly” slots such as Friday evenings.
Students’ Comfort
First aid training
To train the BdE in first aid and to facilitate access to this training for those who wish to do so.
ResIIE
To reinforce the use of ResIIE and extend its scope to parties where some cannot come because they live too far away, and appoint a person in charge of ResIIE after the elections.
Évry Survival Kit
To propose a “survival kit” of Evry including a list of useful shops, important places in the town, good maps, etc. and offer translated versions for foreigners.
Maps
Create a map of flat-shares and accommodations willing to take people in if they need accommodation, in the evening or otherwise.
Parties for all
Better communication about evening accommodation for those who live far away from the school and still want to get to party.
Sustainable Development and Social Responsibility
New role
To give a chance on a full mandate to this new role recently created at the BDE.
Represent students
To represent the BDE and the associative life of the school at COPIL DD&RS with the school administration.
Safety
To ensure that the ENSIIE is a safe place by providing people to turn to in the event of harassment, touching or assault, whether as a victim or a witness.
For everyone
To propose a heterogeneous team to which all members can turn to to discuss previous issues so that everyone can find a member with whom they can express themselves comfortably.
Travels & Integration Weekend
Amsterdam and Integration Weekend
Set up the trip to Amsterdam and the Integration Weekend planned by IgnItE and carried over to the BdE mandate of 2021.
SkIIE
Organise the trip of SkIIE 2022, even if it has to be cancelled if the health situation deteriorates further.
No other travels
To not organise any further trips until the global health situation has calmed down considerably.
